Education Qualification

10th class pass from recognized board.
Valid driving license for light and heavy motor vehicles is required.
Knowledge of Motor Mechanics (Candidate should be able to remove minor faults in the vehicle).
At least three years’ experience of driving light and heavy motor vehicles (on letterhead).
Desirable Qualification: Three years service as Home Guards or Civil Volunteers.

भारतीय डाक Selection Process

ड्राइवर का चयन ड्राइविंग टेस्ट के आधार पर किया जाएगा, जिसमें उनकी हल्के और भारी मोटर वाहनों को चलाने की क्षमता, मोटर यंत्रणा का ज्ञान और वाहन में छोटे-मोटे दोषों को दूर करने की योग्यता का आकलन किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा, आवश्यक पात्रता मानदंड रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों के बीच थ्योरी टेस्ट भी होगा। टेस्ट का पैटर्न और सिलेबस, टेस्ट की तारीख और स्थान की सूचना पात्र उम्मीदवारों को अलग से दी जाएगी। जो अन्य आवेदक पात्र नहीं हैं, उन्हें कोई सूचना नहीं भेजी जाएगी।
